We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious graduate focused on a career in civil engineering or transport planning to join our Team.
We can provide a structured training and invaluable experience across a range of areas and projects to support your ambition including traffic management, passenger transport, engineering design, transport planning and much more.

Qualification: Study for a relevant Postgraduate or Professional Qualification in a relevant field
Salary: £21,968 fixed pa
Length of programme: 2 years
Support: A professional development programme via in-house and external courses, seminars, and workshops, plus access to mentoring and coaching from senior managers.
As part of the recruitment process you will need to:
Attend an in-person Assessment Centre (Week Commencing 27th March 2023).
You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
