Description

Do you have a positive attitude, are flexible and have the energy to make a real difference to tenant’s lives?

If so, then we are looking for applicants to join our Estate and Tenancy Support Team.

As a Housing Officer, you will be working with and supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies, while also maximising rental income for the authority.

The role also involves maintaining, and improving the estates they live in.

An aspect of the role will involve taking enforcement action to end tenancies when appropriate.

You will need to manage your own workload, be an effective team worker and be able to relate and work with both tenants and partner organisations.

If you think you have the qualities we need, we would like to hear from you.

For an informal discussion please contact either Steven Jones (01554 899203/07776669224) or Louise Walters (07812475483)

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.

You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
