Production Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Working in the manufacture of Concrete products in our factory in Cleghorn, Lanark.

Duties will involve all aspects of Precast Concrete manufacture including demoulding, pouring, vibrating, floating, stacking, inspection, packaging and despatch.

Full training will be given but any experience would be an advantage.

Operating hours are normally 7.45 to 4.45 but additional hours may be required to suit production.

Good attendance and timekeeping are vital and applicants need to be physically fit.

Minimum wage + bonus after training period.

There will also be opportunity for suitable candidates to progress into a supervisor role after full training has been completed.

Salary: £4.81-£11.00 per hour depending on age and experience.
