Caulders are an award winning company and we currently have 9 Garden Centres across Central and Southern Scotland We employ more than 350 people and everything we do is to help us achieve our goal of becoming the best Garden Centre in Scotland. To make this happen we need individuals like you!

We have are looking for a full time Gift Shop Assistants. Full time roles will require you to work 5 days out of 7 between 9am – 5:30pm and will be required to cover some weekends.

Please note this role involves heavy lifting so applicants need to be physically fit to cope with the demands of the work and a drivers licence would be preferable for carrying out delivery duties. Newton Mearns is also not on any public transport routes so having access to transport is essential.

Our ideal candidate should be smart, cheery, presentable and hardworking. As part of our team some of the duties would include working at the till, creating and maintaining displays, delivering customers goods, general tidiness of the garden centre, serving our customers and other shop duties. Previous retail experience is required and visual merchandising experience a bonus!

Salary: £5.28-£10.50 per hour
