We are searching for both front of house and kitchen staff who are highly enthusiastic individuals committed to delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond for our customers. Previous experience of at least 1 year in a customer-facing or commercial kitchen experience is preferred.

We are in search for flexible individuals who are available for day, evening, and weekend shifts. You must be eager to work in a team-oriented environment at our store in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register, handle cash and card transactions
• Make product suggestions
• Possess extensive knowledge of our product offerings and confidently answer customer inquiries and resolve any complaints
• Warmly greet customers and maintain a friendly and positive attitude throughout their experience
• Create a delightful atmosphere and provide the highest levels of customer service
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Keep track of inventory and report shortages to supervisors
• Skillfully craft exceptional hot and cold drinks, along with delicious food items

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £6.00-£11.00 per hour
