Role Overview & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate needs

• To take pride in delivering excellent customer service
• Be well presented, outgoing and friendly with a positive "can do" attitude
• To follow food hygiene standards
• To have or be willing to complete a basic food hygiene certificate

Some food/catering knowledge is preferred_
The Responsibilities

• Assisting with opening and closing procedures
• Maintaining and completing compliance records - allergens etc
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
• General food preparation including paninis, jacket potatoes, vegetables for the chefs to use
• Assisting with stock rotation and date checking

This list is not exhaustive; the candidate will be required to undertake some other duties to support the catering team as necessary
