Van Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Duties will include:
Supporting the team as instructed including:

• Assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of company products
• Liaising with customers to keep them informed on progress as instructed
• Assisting with loading and unloading the delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Assisting with the daily care of the Company vehicles including cleanliness and maintainance
• Assisting on site with stock control & storage; moving stock where required
• Daily care of department including cleaning & ensuring storage areas are safe & secure
• Providing assistance in the business as required

The ideal candidate should have:

• Full, clean UK driving license
• Able to assist and follow instructions
• Ability to complete a wide-ranging set of tasks within a set time period; ability to work under pressure
• Forklift license beneficial but full training will be provided
• Ability to use T20 and other equipment safely
