We are a Preferred Provider for BWD Social Services and also provide care for the CCG as well as private clients. We are a family business and have been providing care in the area for 23 years.

With a starting hourly rate of £9.50 per hour, you will be trained first of all in our classroom by our management team, and then be mentored one on one by one of our experienced qualified carers.

Once you have gained enough experience in the first 6 months, or you come to us with enough experience, your hourly rate will increase to £9.75. At that point you start your Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualification and when you achieve that your pay goes up to £10.00 for level two and £10.25 for level three.
