We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Team at Citizens Advice Swansea Neath Port Talbot. You will have excellent people and communication skills, along with an ability to gather and interpret information to help clients navigate their difficulties. A full induction and training program will be provided to enable you to deliver high quality advice.

You will have an awareness of the general advice areas such and benefits and debt and will be committed to learning and development and to undertake a comprehensive training plan. You will be required to advise clients face to face, by telephone or video link, should this be required. We work with a diverse range of clients requiring the ability to work under pressure whilst dealing confidently and sensitively with our client group and our partners. Suitable candidates will have a commitment to the aims and principles of the service.

Hybrid working: this will be considered as part of the job and you will be provided with equipment to carry out your role.
