Construction Project Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with a strong background in construction to join our friendly team as a Project Manager.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

Description

• Keeping staff motivated and focused
• Monitoring progress of the project
• Manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget
• Ensuring clients specifications and requirements are met to a high standard
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers
• Helping to negotiate contracts and securing permits and licences
• Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
• Assessing and minimising risk
• Meeting with and building client relationships
• Site safety inspections
• Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
