Role Overview & Responsibilities

CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We currently have a great opportunity for two Wet Room Installers to join our Bristol Team immediately either as direct Employee or on a Sub -Contractor basis.

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Installations of wet rooms/showers rooms

· Complete Wet Room refurbishments requiring the full range of associated trade skills e.g. plumbing, carpentry, wall tiling.

Qualifications

Desirable:

· City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in\Carpentry /Plumbing or other relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on-the-job experience.

Relevant experience

Essential:

· Have experience and competence in all aspects of domestic Wet /Room fitting.

· Have multi trade experience (E.g. Carpentry/ Plumbing / tiling / Kitchen & Bathroom fitting)

Aptitude, skills & abilities

Essential:

· Thorough attention to details

· Great communication skills

· Ability to diagnose/problem solve

Job Type:Full-time, Permanent

Hours: You will work 39 hours each week on Mondays to Fridays.

Location: Bristol Based DDA Contract – Long term framework.

Salary: Competitive salary. Target earnings range between £750.00 -£1200.00/week
