We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our lively team

• Welcome customers when they arrive at the store
• Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
• Takes customers’ orders for food and drink by entering them into a till
• Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation
• Prepares drinks and serves them to customers
• Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers
• Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary
• Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
• Processes card payments
• Keeps all front of house including customer space clean and tidy
• Meets with manager regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well
• 35 hours minimum guaranteed!
• Must be living in the UK with right to work to be considered

ESSENTIAL:

• Must currently be living in the UK

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

• Prior experience
• Food Safety Level 2

ELIGIBILITY:

• In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Catering: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
