You will be working in a fast paced PE backed organisation with a phenomenal growth history and future. We have undertaken 40+ acquisitions in under 5 years and you will be in the position to implement and drive real change! Working with the General Counsel, you will be drawing on your previous experience to negotiate and conclude transactions for the group. You will also partner with our external legal provider to make sure that the business is advised to best effect possible on a multitude of different situations.
