Clip 'n Climb Ilkley is a small family run business in Ilkley. We offer a fun, safe place to climb as well as children's parties. Our goal is to offer excellent customer service to our customers whether climbing or having a fairtrade coffee in our cafe.

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Supervisor to help oversee a team of employees. The Supervisor is responsible for implementing the policies, procedures and plans of upper management, as well as organising daily tasks and the general workflow of the centre. Successful candidates will be highly self-motivated and able to problem-solve effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Offer excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Organise and lead a staff team.
• Be a role model.
• Plan, organise and direct work.
• Make decisions and solve problems.
• Climbing is not essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ilkley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
