Maintenance Technician - Leicester

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Code Student Accommodation is looking for a reliable, experienced multi-trade Maintenance Technician with excellent attention to detail and pride in their work. Joining a well-established team that dedicates time to ensuring all properties are maintained to an excellent standard while providing superb customer care.

Repairing properties that are predominantly self-contained student accommodation.

You will be required to have your own vehicle and tools and may be asked to support work in Coventry & Leicester Residential Properties.

An example of some of your versatile experiences will include:

• General Property Maintenance
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Electrics
• Carpentry

Whilst you may not have formal qualifications in all areas we would like to see a certain level of experience of maintaining properties to a very high standard in either facilities, estates maintenance, caretaker or general handyperson capacity. Having an electrical certification could be advantageous but is not essential.

You will receive ongoing in-house training, product training, and support throughout your employment.

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
