Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job description

We are an established independent family run coffee shop; we are proud and passionate about what we do and we are seeking people to join our team. They should have a passion and willingness to learn and develop, with customer service at the heart of what they do every day.

• Happy enthusiastic personalities who like to build relationships with regulars
• Remain professional, positive and presentable always
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures
• Experienced with the preparation of food
• Dedication to provide quality to every customer
• Ability to work in, and remain calm under pressure in what can be a very fast paced environment.
• Take a lead in ensuring shelves are fully stocked every morning
• Operating the till
• Reliability and trustworthiness are essential
• Understands the demands of an independent, family run business
• Must be able to work every other weekend.

Experience:- 2 Year in Hospitality. NCASS Food Hygiene - Level 2, this course will be provided. Language:- Fluent English (must be able to work in UK)
