Hotel Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic receptionist with lots of passion on delivering a fantastic customer experience.

Must have experience of working on a busy reception.

Shifts are 8-3pm/3-10pm, does include working weekends, bank holidays and Christmas.

Duties include:

Checking guests in and out, taking reservations for the hotel and restaurant, taking credit card payments.

Liaising with other departments to ensure guests receive the best possible service.

Skills required:

Good computer skills.

Must be friendly, confident, enthusiastic and hard working with a can do attitude.

Attention to detail, excellent telephone manner and customer service.

Must have a good understanding of speaking and written English.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
