Golf Receptionist
Role Overview & Responsibilities
This role will work as part of the operational team providing a high standard of customer care and service at all times. You will need to be flexible in order to accommodate varying shifts covering Monday to Sunday, on a casual basis. Many of the scheduled shifts will be evenings and weekends. You will need to be enthusiastic, friendly with a 'can do' attitude, and be able to use initiative as necessary.
The main duties are:
- Ensure customers are served promptly and efficiently in the reception area.
- Ensure that financial transaction handling procedures are complied with.
- Replenish stocks as required.
- Ensure the Company Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and the smoke free law is complied with.
- Carry out all duties to a high standard.
- Undertake any other duties as required by a line manager.
Skills and experience required:
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work well independently both also as part of a team, as well as the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Past experience of working within a similar role.
- Golf knowledge is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given.
- Applicants must be 18+ years.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
