The role

Reporting to the Circulation Manager, you will support the operational management of newstrade, subscription and bulk distribution of the Condé Nast portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work on our iconic and market leading print titles.
The Team

You’ll join the UK Consumer Revenue team which is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue for all Condé Nast Britain’s brands (Vogue, GQ, Glamour, Tatler, House & Garden, Vanity Fair, Condé Nast Traveller, WIRED and The World of Interiors), to include existing revenue streams such as newsstands & subscriptions, memberships, event ticketing, and commerce (including affiliate marketing & brand merchandising), as well new and developing DTC propositions.
What will you be doing?
  • Supporting the briefing for design and production of point of sale promotional assets.
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to assemble print orders for all titles on a monthly basis, adhering to all relevant deadlines and internal forecasts.
  • Keeping accurate records of relevant data to assist with the annual ABC (circulation volume) submission.
  • Supporting internal reporting and being the first point of contact for any new queries.
  • Liaising with clients and agents to sell bulk copies – sourcing delivery costs and ensuring smooth delivery and payment.
  • Providing print forecasts for our production department for upcoming issues.
  • Acting as the logistics contact within the team for any client or publisher magazine orders.
  • Supporting invoice processing, customer service and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to deal with a broad variety of tasks & prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, to prioritise workload, and to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail & focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with excellent people skills.
  • Be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
