Marketing and Membership Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Responsibilities -

• Meet with current and prospective members to help increase membership sign ups and warehouse sales.
• Attend/participate in local events and promote community relations.
• Process member sign ups, renewals and additional cards.
• Inform and assist members and potential members about membership, item availability and online sign ups.
• Process membership and merchandise returns using both the computer and through the tills.
• Keep on top of department benchmarks, provide an outstanding level of member service and abide by GDPR laws.

Requirements and skills -

• Good Verbal communicational skills.
• Cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Marketing or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Driving licence required.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: From £11.15 per hour
