Meat Manager
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Manage a Supervisor & small team of Butchers. Monitor operations. Ensure department procedures are followed such as health & safety. Uphold high member service. We‘re looking for a Meat Manager over 18 years of age with experience as a Butcher (ideally having run a retail/ wholesale Meat department or similar with the meat trade). Be fully flexible with your shifts (over 7 days, from 5am to 21:30pm). Be hard working, reliable and punctual. Be able to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment. Work in a clean and orderly fashion. Learn on you feet, however full Costco training will be given.

Salary: £42,500.00 per year
