Join us as a Client Director Assistant

  • In your new role, you’ll be supporting our private bankers, helping them to provide a seamless client experience
  • You’ll act as the second point of contact for our clients, making sure that their needs are delivered in an efficient and timely manner
  • You’ll prosper in a supportive and collaborative environment, where we’ll help you to achieve qualifications and build upon your existing skills

What you'll do

You’ll be assisting our private bankers in all client matters including analysing complaints and handling resolutions. We’ll look to you to make sure that policies and procedures are followed for all client business and identify marketing opportunities to drive cross selling and potentially gain referrals.

As you develop into your role, you’ll also be attending client meetings, to help with your personal development and enhance the client experience.

You’ll also be:

  • Supporting local sales management initiatives and activity
  • Preparing client communications including letters and care calls
  • Maintaining banking and credit product knowledge and an understanding of the wider market and industry
  • Assisting with client service improvements to maintain high satisfaction

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of banking policies, products and procedures. You’ll be able to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and you’ll have good communication skills.

We’ll also want to see:

  • A good understanding of how to provide a high level of client service
  • A background of working in a financial services environment
  • The ability to work within a sales and service culture
  • Good numeracy skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office
