Skills Consultant - Global Leadership Programme

The role provides an exciting opportunity within People Futures Ltd (PFL), a subsidiary of Coventry University. Peoples Future Ltd and the Graduate Talent Team supports students in gaining work- and work-related experience in the UK and abroad. The Global Leaders Programme (GLP) delivers Leadership and professional Development programmes for students to help them build global awareness, intercultural skills and leadership which helps the, to align to the world of work.

This post constitutes one of 2 skills consultants who create programme content, consult with key stakeholders to broker content deliverers and also deliver content (presentations, events, site visits and other activities) to students on the programme.

Our skills consultants have also been involved in supporting other PFL projects e.g. to work with academic colleagues to negotiate and deliver our apprenticeship support package which is a vital and urgent piece of work.
