The Position
Sitting at the heart of the studio, you’ll maintain a bird’s eye view of daily activities, ensuring the smooth running across operational processes and systems, as well as spotting opportunities to make everyone’s lives easier.

Quickly becoming a source of wisdom, you’ll stay on top of daily resourcing to maximise everyone’s creative output - filtering requests, managing briefs and keeping the team on task and on target.

You’ll collaborate with other seniors to establish long-term resourcing needs. You’ll prioritise nurturing great relationships with external suppliers, freelancers and the wider team - fostering a productive, dynamic and above all happy work environment.

When it comes to administration, you’ll cross the i’s and dot the t’s: taking responsibility for file management, inductions, bookings and arranging POs, you’ll quickly become the glue that holds everything together.

What We’re Looking For
A superstar Studio Manager with heaps of positive energy and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

You pride yourself on your organisation skills, a real whiz when it comes to managing your time and meeting tasks head-on. You absolutely understand how to take charge, stay accountable and prioritise workloads effectively - so much so that no one could deny your stellar work ethic!

Approaching everything as an opportunity, you’ll be someone who can analyse situations from every angle to anticipate challenges and plan accordingly. Negotiation skills will come in handy here, so you’ll have plenty of tact, too.

Above all else, you’ll be an inspiring presence in the studio and an invaluable resource for all!
