Compliance Trainer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is hiring at our brand new, purpose-built processing facility in Eye, Suffolk.

We have an opportunity for a Compliance Trainer to join the training team on a flexible shift pattern.

Shift pattern : Monday- Friday @ 08.00 - 16.30 (flexibility required – occasional early start)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all employees (Cranswick & Agency) are trained in all mandatory courses and are refreshed as appropriate
• As a Compliance Trainer you will be required to work as a member of the Training Department reporting to the Learning & Development Manager
• Effective liaison, team working and interaction with others is fundamental. You will be required to deliver presentations to classroom size groups
• You will be required to ensure that all training records are accurately input into the Training Management System and to assist the L&D Manager to deliver the Training Departments annual training plan
• Training and presentation experience is desirable and working with a Learning Management System (LMS)

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience of working within a training/administration environment
• Experience of creating interactive and powerful presentations
• Ability to problem solve and make effective decisions
• Knowledge in manufacturing processes
• Strong ability to self-learning and effective teaching
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English

Salary: £13.60-£14.60 per hour
