Role Overview & Responsibilities

We’re working with a fast-growing, high quality Digital Agency in Manchester that specialise in the Web3 space looking for a Junior UX Designer.

Our Client

This agency has quadrupled in size in the last 2 years and have recently moved into larger studio space to accommodate further growth, that they fully kitted out to suit their needs. The agency is very relaxed, they work hard but they enjoy what they do and they have fun too, this isn’t an agency where people sit with their headphones in. They want someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously and is easy going and can have a laugh, and they’ve got a great track record in developing young talent and supporting growth.

The Role

You’ll be developing UX for a range of platforms for Digital Products and Brands in the Web3 space. Working as part of a team with UI Designers and Developers, you’ll ensure strong user centred design solutions and responses to client challenges, working from brief through to user research, wireframing and product development/testing to delivery.

You

Ideally you’ll have a background or starting point as a Designer and have moved into UX, passionate about user-centred design, customer journey and interactions. Your portfolio should be able to show your design process from ideation to delivery, as well as strong design thinking and problem solving skills. Technical skills should include Adobe XD and Figma. You might be looking for your first role in UX Design or have 12-18 months experience under your belt.
