Role Overview & Responsibilities

Kennel Maid for our small and friendly dog boarding kennels, established for almost 40 years in Wheathampstead. We're looking for a permanent part-time candidate, who needs to be patient, kind, caring and physically fit to join our small and friendly team. Kennel or animal experience is preferred but not essential.

General hours....3-4 mornings a week. 8-12. Thursday and Friday and alternate weekends or Wednesdays (1 week 4 mornings, and then 3 mornings the following week) plus one evening 5-6.30, and additional days (to be agreed) when we're busy.

Whilst training, the job would initially be working with an experienced kennel maid, but once fully trained you'd need to be able to manage another member of staff, and be confident dealing with our customers.

Full training will be given.
