CLINICAL PHARMACIST

We are looking for a forward thinking motivated Independent Prescriber Clinical Pharmacist to join our expanding Primary Care Network team working for the Central Slough Network (CSN)
Primary Care Network (PCN).

The successful candidate will work at Crosby House Surgery developing this new role and will be closely supported by the PCN Clinical Director, GPs and PCN Lead Clinical Pharmacist.

The role will suit a forward-thinking, innovative and enthusiastic clinical pharmacist who is able to work collaboratively across the network. If you are adaptable, self-motivated and organized, and possess the necessary qualities and skills for this post, we look forward to hearing from you.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £53,817.00 per year
