Claremont House offers both residential and memory impairment care across three floors at present. Claremont House prides itself on being warm and welcoming and the positive reviews on carehome.co.uk reflect the excellent feedback we receive from the families of people who use our service.

We are looking for Care Assistants to join our established team of care staff. Our care team are caring and friendly and work well as a team and take pride in the standard of care which is delivered on each and every shift

Claremont House has now been operating for 4 years. At our latest CQC inspection we were rated 'Good' across all key areas.

We are now looking to increase our staffing.

If you are:

  • open, honest and approachable with friendly attitude.
  • caring with a compassionate nature.
  • prepared to undertake (or working towards) NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
  • able to accurately follow instructions in a timely manner.
  • experienced within the care industry.
  • able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems.
  • able to work as part of a team.
  • focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • motivated to deliver the highest standards of health and social care.
  • able to work under pressure.
  • flexible
  • Very competitive rate of pay
