Lettings Negotiator, Mandarin speaking

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Founded in 2016, Crown Home Buying and Letting is an established boutique estate agency with a portfolio of luxury apartments in the heart of London. We specialise in selling and renting luxury apartments in the most iconic residential buildings throughout central London.

Creation of the Role

With the continuous expansion of the business and increases in market share, we would like to take on board an ambitious and passionate lettings negotiator in our office in central London.

The successful candidate will join the lettings department and will be responsible for negotiations of rental offers and maintaining relationship with existing landlords, tenants and any other related parties.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate the objectives of an applicant to identify their needs and requirements
• Handle lettings enquires and present suitable properties which meet the applicant needs
• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
• Prepare tenancy documents, oversea referencing and Right to Rent checks
• Prepare property descriptions and presentation in Mandarin
• Monitor the property market to identify new schemes and opportunities
• Maintain a database of all properties in the portfolio
• Promote and enhance the exposure of the company's portfolio on social media
• Support Lettings Director with additional tasks as and when required

Skills required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Minimum 1 year of experience as lettings negotiator ideally in central London
• Ideally ARLA licensed
• Willing to learn and develop in the role
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords
• Be efficient and organised
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

Basic pay plus strong commission, OTE £50,000 per annual

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
