Property Manager, Residential Lettings

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Founded in 2016, Crown Home Buying and Letting is an established boutique estate agency with a portfolio of luxury apartments in the heart of London. We specialise in selling and renting luxury apartments in the most iconic residential buildings throughout central London.

We take pride in delivering tailored and efficient service to our clients and assist them to maximise their investment in properties.

The successful candidate will join the Property Management department and will manage the existing portfolio of residential properties and maintain relationship with existing landlords, tenants and any other related parties.

Main Responsibilities

• Deal with day to day property maintenance issues
• Deal with change of utility accounts
• Prepare deposit charges and manage deposit returns
• Ensure all properties have a valid Gas Safety, EICR and PAT
• Right To Rent follow up
• Handle insurance claims
• Manage and reconcile invoices/service charge demands
• Manage rental database to ensure all records are up-to-date
• Appointment and monitoring of contractors and H&S
• Support other property managers
• Support Lettings Director with additional tasks as and when required

Skills required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Minimum 2 year of experience in property management
• Ideally be ARLA licensed
• Be efficient and organised
• Excellent communications and customer service skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
