Front of House Team Member

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Here at Crustacean we are looking for two new FOH members to join our team, the ideal candidate will be fast to adapt to change in the work environment, work well as a team to provide a high quality customer experience and have good communication skills.

Server Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming and serving customers.

- Taking and processing cash/card payments.

- Managing floor: Taking/ delivering orders, clearing tables.

- Making basic alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and coffees at the bar.

Previous Experience in the role is preferred and applicants must be flexible to working during evenings and weekends.

In preparation for the busy summer you will be required to come in for part time from the middle of March and full time going Into summer season. This will allow us time to do the relevant training required and time to settle into the team before the restaurant gets very busy.

We will be open 6 days a week during the summer with Sundays closed.

Both cash and card tips are collected and split evenly across the team at the start of each week.
