Role Overview & Responsibilities

CSR Link are recruiting on behalf of an established and respected Patient Transferring business that operate nationally. They are looking for a skilled certified Road Mechanic Technician to maintain and repair our vehicles. The role will involve travel across London.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS LIVING IN ENGLAND

You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality.

You will be provided with a van/transport and all required equipment. . They should be well-versed in complex mechanical or electronical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities are as follows:

• Routine maintenance & servicing
• Knowledge of use of diagnostic scanner tool
• Planned maintenance inspections (PMI)
• MOT preparation and repair
• Tyre fitting, wheel balancing and repairs
• Wheel torque and quality control
• Wheel balancing
• Battery replacement
• brake replacements discs and pads shoes and drums etc
• clutch replacements and repairs
• steering and suspension repairs
• light bulbs and lamp replacements
• attend vehicle breakdowns and recover back to depot
• make sure all vehicles are road worthy and compliant

• £41,000 a year basic

Salary: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
