We are looking for full time and part time staff to join our new bubble tea shop / cafe located at the heart of Herne Hill, SE24 London. We are a fast growing family run business looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team.

We also run bubble tea workshops and cater for events and festivals.

We are looking for:

• Experienced in bubble tea making
• A great people person and team worker
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
• Flexible working hours including weekends
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring hygiene and cleaning procedures are followed, including Food Safety
• Preparation of teas and various ingredients
• Making and serving bubble tea and other beverages
• Taking customer orders
• Stocking inventory / display shelves
• Routine in-store cleaning

Previous bubble tea experience highly recommended.

We are also looking someone with the ambition to become operational managers and supervisors, promotions will be swift once ability is demonstrated.
