What you'll be doing

The Customer Appointments Team is responsible for day to day planning of Gas Repairs and Home Safety checks in over 12,000 residential properties across Bath, Bristol, and the surrounding areas. As well as planning for all other customer related appointments within Curo’s new Property Services Hub.

You will be based out of the Bath office on a flexible working pattern.

More about you

As a Customer Appointments Coordinator, you will:

  • Proactively plan Home Safety appointments in our scheduling system
  • Liaise with other colleagues across Property Services to ensure value of visits to customers home whilst delivering a high quality service.
  • Respond effectively and responsively to customers and ensure queries are dealt with promptly.
  • Liaise with Trade operatives to maximize output through dynamic scheduling.
