Class 2 Recovery Driver

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Role: Vehicle Recovery Driver - Class2 or Class1

Shifts: Days or Nights

What you’ll be doing as our new Class 2 Vehicle Recovery Truck Driver:

• Recovering broken-down vehicles to garages or home address
• Recovering vehicles involved in minor or major accidents
• Recovering vehicles involved in crime
• Using your initiative to resolve challenging situations
• Quality and Health & Safety awareness
• Also be able to pass police vetting

Shift pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off

Experience: Experience Preferred, however, we also Train non-experienced applicants

Progression: You will also undertake HIAB training with us

D&G Assist have over 30yrs experience and expertise across many sectors. Clients include: SME’s, the Police, Ambulance & Fire Services, Private Customers, Councils, Bus & Coach Operations, Major Motoring Organisations, Fleet Management companies, Local & National Blue-Chip companies

Experience: Enhanced daily rate with IVR certification or moved up to enhanced rate after IVR training completed with us within 3 months

Area: 95% of the work is local in Kent

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £144.00-£168.00 per day

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
