Video Editor

Video Editor Location: Wakefield 6 Month Contract Rate: £70 - £90 per day Skills: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Interest in computer based video and still image editing

We are looking to recruit a Video Editor to join a leading public sector organisation based in Wakefield. Working as part of an established team you will be responsible for the delivery of video and still image editing. The successful candidate will have experience of Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Photoshop. Due to the nature of the work this is an office based role working in a secure environment.

This is initial a 6 month contract but is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their first role in Video Editing. Extensions and the chance to move in to a permanent role are highly likely.

Skills/Experience:

• Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge and interest of computer based video and still image editing techniques and software, studio lighting and cameras
• Ability to identify the characteristics of visual images and determine how they may be affected to meet published standards for image quality
• A shown aptitude for computer based work and accurate keyboard skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
