Junior Data Engineer

Our leading multinational electronics client is looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join them on a new and exciting project!

You'll be working on the integration and reporting of on prem data to a new shared services platform. This role will focus on data governance, integration, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have working experience of SSIS and SSRS.

• Enter data accurately within the project applications
• Conduct data audits to ensure data integrity and alignment
• Analyse change documentation and capture information
• Query, analyse and verify data utilising ad-hoc query and reporting tools
• Analyse the impact of material from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) suppliers on the support engineering datasets and populating the results.

• Experience in handling governance data
• Ability to integrate and report on data
• Working experience of SSIS and SSRS
• Alation experience
• On-prem data management

Please note that the client has determined that the off-payroll working rules will apply to this assignment and therefore this contract will be run through an Umbrella Company. Income tax and primary national insurance contributions will be deducted at source from any payments made to the intermediary.
