We are currently working with a Large Financial Services company that is looking to hire multiple Complaint Handlers on a project clearing a large backlog of cases and helping improve the overall complaints function.

So, are you?

• A Complaint Handler in the Glasgow area?
• Experienced in working within regulated market?
• Someone with end to end service-related complaints experience?
• Available in April?

• A 3-month initial contract (with scope to extend)
