Position: Self Employed Festival SIA DS

Rate: £12-£15 on UTR only

This will be in support of our ad-hoc roles and festival clients nationwide

Glastonbury Festival

Boomtown Festival

You must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

Duties include:

• Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
• Ingress control - ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
• Crowd control/people management - foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
• Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
• Report any suspicious behaviour.
• Egress control.
• Reporting and recording details of incidents.
• Directing customers around the site.

You are a motivated, confident, and effective individual with an outgoing personality. You will...

• Be smart in appearance and personal presentation.
• Have a personality and deliver great customer service.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle potentially difficult situations.
• Be able to drive, due to the remote locations of some events.

You will be asked to provide 5-year checkable history and provide references before you can start any role with us.
