Role Overview & Responsibilities

Dedicated care is looking for community care assistants in and around tiverton. This position is for a drivers and walkers. We offer full training and support for all members of staff with paid dbs, training and uniform. We are looking for honest reliable and committed staff to work as part of our team.
The company offer a good rate of pay starting from £11.50 per hour. We pay direct to your account monthly, we pay your travel time, holiday pay when you take it and mileage is paid to at 35p per mile for a driver. We also provide a pension scheme and Christmas saving club. We offer rewards for recognised good work within our team.
Dedicated care is a small (running for 9 years) friendly organisation providing care in service users own homes with a good cqc rating. We are looking for staff with the ability to care for service users with different needs. You will be required to travel between service users and carry out duties such as personal care, meal prep, medication, shopping or cleaning and any other tasks within a care plan.
Shifts available are between 7am-10pm, you will be required to work every other weekend. All staff have set days, times and service users they will visit on a weekly base.
This is a permanent position with a contract.
