Industry leader of specialist services to both large and small businesses, with a track record of success and satisfied client companies. The Company is recognised for its commitment to the delivery of a first-class service and holds BESA, SAFE Contractor and CHAS accreditations.

Well-established and showing consistent year on year growth, the Company are now looking to expand its services and are recruiting additional Industrial Kitchen Cleaners and Team Leaders to service our Clients, who are based all over England. We currently have service teams based in Birmingham, the Black Country, Coventry, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Nottingham.

Our Head Office is based in Bromsgrove and we currently seek new staff living in and around the Rugeley area.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided to the successful candidates.

To be considered for this key role you will need:

A Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Be Willing to work a shift pattern

Salary:

£23,000 package on starting for Trainee Service Operatives, consisting of £21,000 basic salary and £2,000 per annum bonus paid monthly at £167, rising to a £25,000 package after six months training.

Potential to progress within the company and fast track programs available for the right candidates.

Full uniform and PPE supplied.
