Digital Waffle is working together with a creative sports company, who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Technology to lead their technical team and drive innovation for the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies to support business goals
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals
• Drive innovation and assess new technologies to identify potential benefits for the company
• Oversee technology projects from conception to delivery
• Develop and manage technology budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions into business processes
• Ensure technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head of Technology or similar leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with various technologies
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with technology budgeting and vendor management
