Design Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking to appoint a Design Manager to undertake, oversee and manage all nature of our HVAC and mechanical services design activities. This role includes both pre-construction and live contract activities. This is a newly created role in our business, due to external investment, expansion and our ambitious growth plans.

You should ideally be competant in designing the following subjects, however we will consider training for someone who cannot currently undertake all. A minimum of two competances will be required to be considered.

• Air Conditioning
• Ventilation
• Heating
• Renewable Technologies (Air/Ground Source Heat Pumps)
• Hot & Cold Water Systems
• Above Ground Drainage

Ideally you will have had at least 5 years experience in the industry, undertaking a role which includes at least two of the above Design activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32-40 per week

Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
