Role Overview & Responsibilities

Diversey, Sales Support Administrator
Location: Northampton – hybrid position

Position Description

We are seeking someone to join us for a hybrid role based at our offices in Northampton. In this role you will work closely to support our Sales Team, National Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Strategic accounts, building strong relationships with Key Customer contacts to help protect and grow our business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to carry out sales-related administrative tasks such as processing new orders in our system, managing existing ones (for example, ensuring deliveries arrive on time), updating procurement platforms with the correct prices, sales reporting and overseeing communication with customers to understand where we can improve.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide exceptional strategic account support, working closely with Account Managers and building strong relationships with our Customers

· Effectively manage new site openings for specific Key Accounts

· Manage Buyer platforms, ensuring pricing is accurate and in line with our internal systems

· Manage specific email folders, multi-tasking and identifying priorities

· Support the PSS Team with orders and maintaining PSS website

· Support Mental Health and Engagement plan

· Actively communicate in business communication ie. LinkedIn

· Support National Sales Conference.

Qualifications

· Intermediate knowledge of Excel is beneficial (vlookups and pivot tables); alternatively, a keen interest to develop these skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Good analytical and problem solving skills

· Prior experience interacting with different stakeholders is a plus

· Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn

· Ability to set priorities, create focus.
