Role Overview & Responsibilities

Hours of work:

42 hours per week over a 3 week rolling roster pattern.

Working pattern will include a mixture of both day and night shifts (0700-1900 and 1900-0700)

The job holder must have a flexible approach to working variable shift patterns within our 24-hour operation

Job Summary

The role is working in a fast-paced warehouse environment at Heathrow Airport, alongside our prestigious Airline partners, helping to ensure their cargo is delivered safely and securely around the world.

You will be required to off-load and load cargo vehicles and operate a forklift truck and other mechanical equipment, as well as perform some manually handling. You will also be expected to use handheld devices to locate and identify cargo and process paperwork in accordance with client requirements.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidates who wish to share in dnata’s vision, mission and values
• Safety driven with the ability to maintain a safe and secure working environment
• Forklift Licence (desirable)
• Pre-employment checks - ability to achieve successful completion of the referencing (checkable 5 year employment/education history) and criminal record check procedures to meet dnata and CAA security regulations, and a satisfactory medical report.

Salary

£29,500 per annum, inclusive of allowances and benefits

Job Type: Full-time
