Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a candidate who has excellent customer service experience with an interest in digital services. The successful candidate will join a busy and friendly IT Service Desk team that deals with over 150 customer queries a day.
We are seeking a hard working individual with a positive attitude who enjoys a fast paced and often hectic environment.
The successful candidate will need to be calm and patient with an excellent telephone manner and a passion for helping people. Communication and Team working are essential qualities for this role.
