Receptionist - £11.02 per hour once fully trained.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and passionate Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke-on-Trent has spacious bedrooms, extensive food & beverage offerings, busy conference and banqueting suites and a leisure club.

We have completed a multi-million-pound refurbishment throughout the hotel. We’ve also re-branded and now work alongside Hilton within their DoubleTree portfolio.

As an Hotel Receptionist it is vital you have:

• A passion for outstanding customer service
• Ability to work to a very high standard with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• A calm, friendly and professional demeanour

Previous Hotel Reception experience and good computer literacy is preferred.

Checking guest in / out - OnQ property management system.

Cash Handling / Bank Reconciliation / Telephone Handling / Enquiries

This is is a role in a busy environment where there is a need to prioritize, learn quickly and multi-skill at times. This role can also at times be physically demanding with a lot of time spent standing. You will work a combination of early (e.g. 7am to 3pm) and late shifts (e.g. 3pm to 11pm) across 5 days per week including 4pm-8pm support shifts.

Salary: £10.42-£11.02 per hour
