Role Overview & Responsibilities

The 4 star Best Western Plus Dover Marina Hotel & Spa requires Food & Beverage Staff to serve our customers in the Mr White’s English Chophouse Restaurant, the Waterfront Bar, the Wheelers Fish & Chip outlet, and the 3 function rooms for meetings weddings and functions

The hotel has developed a strong corporate and leisure business trade for the restaurant, bar, coffee shop and function rooms and since the hotel is continuing to gain a great name for weddings and events.

As member of the Food and Beverage team you will play a key role in delivering a high level of service to our customers

We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience preferably within a quality food & beverage operation. The idea applicant will have good communications skills, good presentation and be able to work shifts scheduled across a 7 day roster.
