Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our company is seeking a skilled Brick Mason to work with a highly committed team to complete a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate for this position is able to work well with others, has a strong comprehension of brick masonry, and has various construction experience. This position is a good fit for an individual who has an eye for detail and can regularly calculate figures in order to ensure that deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

• Use ganged brick saw or bricklaying machine to cut bricks for paving, steps and walls.
• Prepare site for bricklaying.
• Assemble scaffolding and other support structures for bricklayers.
• Lay brick in foundations, walls, floors, and chimneys.
• Balance loads on brick mortar bed.
• Build houses and other wood-frame structures.
• Lay bricks and concrete blocks in foundations or walls.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £190.00-£220.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
